, ,· Participate in the requirement gathering sessions with the customer.
· Design, development and unit testing of IVR application.
· Deployment of Application in customer environment.
· Provide assistance during system integration testing, user acceptance testing and roll out of the solution.
· Provide QA during UAT and other testing cycles
· Provide analysis and support to help resolve issues discovered in production systems.
Desired Candidate profile
· 1-3 years’ Experience with Avaya Platform – Voice/Experience Portal, Dialog/Orchestration Designer
· Hands-on experience building self-service speech recognition IVR systems in an open architecture, including VXML, CCXML, web SOA, Nuance, using Avaya Dialog/Orchestration Designer.
· Need Java/J2EE expertise having knowledge of IDE like Eclipse.
· Must be having basic working knowledge of Contact Center components like Switches, IVR Server, App Server, CTI Server, and Database Server.
· Candidate must possess Good communication skills
